Overview
Pioneers Funds® shall issue an open-ended fund with an initial capital of EGP 50 million represented by 500,000 shares and a nominal value of EGP 100 per share. The fund would be managed by an Investment Manager in return for a fees and its fund size is increasable in the future in accordance with the Capital Market Law number 95/1992.

Pioneers Funds® will contribute EGP 5 million to the fund in the form of 50,000 shares, representing 10% of the fund’s paid-up capital. Pioneers Funds® is required to maintain its contribution to the fund at 2% of the fund’s value or at EGP 5 million, whichever value is higher.
