The Custodian
According to the Capital Market Law number 95/1992 and its Executive Regulations, all fund shares should be kept with a bank or an authorized Custodian, given that the Custodian is not the Investment Manager, a shareholder in the fund, or a related party.
The Custodian shall commit to the following:
Retain the fund’s investment securities and cash.
Submit a report regularly to the Capital Market Authority about the fund’s securities.
Collect any earnings distributions on the held securities.
Submit a daily report about the fund’s position.
